This End-User License Agreement governs access to Penny, the private internal accounting review tool operated by PoGo All In One Services LLC.
1. License and authorized use
PoGo All In One Services LLC grants authorized personnel a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Penny for lawful internal accounting review and reconciliation. Penny may be connected only by an administrator of the connected QuickBooks Online company.
2. QuickBooks authorization
The QuickBooks company administrator controls whether Penny may connect. Authorization may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks connected-app settings. Users must not connect a company they do not own or administer.
3. Human review requirement
Penny produces accounting evidence and deterministic review flags. Its output is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax judgment. An authorized human must review results before relying on them or taking any accounting action.
4. Read-only production stage
The current production stage is read-only. Penny does not create or modify QuickBooks records, move money, issue refunds, send customer communications, file taxes, or process payroll.
5. Security obligations
Users must protect Intuit credentials, OAuth tokens, review packets, and financial evidence; must not paste them into chat or unapproved systems; and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
6. Availability and changes
Penny is provided for internal operations and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. New capabilities—especially QuickBooks write capabilities—require separate implementation, testing, policy approval, and human authorization.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Penny is provided “as is” for internal use. PoGo All In One Services LLC does not warrant that every accounting issue will be detected. Users remain responsible for reviewing the books and complying with applicable accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
8. Termination
This license ends when access is revoked, the QuickBooks connection is disconnected, or employment or other authorization ends. On termination, the user must stop using Penny and return or securely delete credentials and review material as directed, subject to required accounting and legal retention.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to PoGo All In One Services LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be submitted through the PoGoAIOS contact page.
