When Penny is disconnected, it can no longer retrieve current QuickBooks data until the company administrator authorizes it again.
Complete disconnection
- Confirm Penny is removed from QuickBooks connected-app settings.
- Stop any local Penny review schedule.
- Delete the environment-specific production token from the approved local secret store.
- Retain or delete prior redacted review packets according to company accounting and legal retention requirements.
Reconnect
If the disconnection was unintentional, an authorized QuickBooks administrator can follow the connect/reconnect instructions.
No customer action is required
Penny is an internal company tool. It does not provide customer accounts or public subscriptions.
